Description
These handmade stemless wine goblets were hand thrown on the pottery wheel and when they got to the stage we call “leather hard”, I trimmed it and applied a strip of white underglaze to the bottom of the piece. I then caved a design, a technique that’s referred to as Sgraffito.
If you don’t drink wine they could also be used as a fun tumbler. It is unglazed on the outside which gives it great hand feel with the smooth dark stoneware and the sgraffito design.
The wine goblet is 3 inches high and 3.25 inches wide at the widest point. The rim is 3 inches wide. It is a handmade item so dimensions will vary a bit.
