This pot could be used as a tumbler or handless mug or a small vase for those flowers your kids bring to you from outside. It was hand thrown on the potters wheel with a speckled stoneware clay body and when it dried out a bit, I painted on a band of black underglaze and then carved a design through it. That technique is called sgraffito. I glazed it blue on the inside and applied a mat oatmeal glaze on the outside.
There is a blue glaze drip on the outside.
The ceramic tumbler or vase is 3.75 inches tall and 3.25 inches wide at the rim.
On sale just because I’ve had it in stock for a while
